WHO ARE WE?

We are a company based on the East Coast, mainly operating in Big Game fishing over the last 22 years. Our head-office is situated at Le Touessrok hotel, which is a member of leading hotels of the World. We are a team of 10 dynamic fishing specialists.

We have an experienced and dynamic crew to accompany you on board. The Crew has an expertise exceeding 20 years in fishing and is composed of the best fishermen of island. Our Crew possesses great navigation skills; deep knowledge of the Mauritian territory, including fishing banks situated 200 km away from the coast of Mauritius.

Throughout the fishing trip, our crew will explain our guests about the itinerary of the day, how to manipulate fishing reels and will assist in the landing of fish. They are the ones who will ensure the security onboard since they will be responsible for the manipulating of hooks or any other sharp tools.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

Our Company was founded in 1987, with the idea to launch a fleet for Game Fishing. Triggered and fuelled by ambition, we decided to create the most sophisticated fleet of its time, making sure to have the best of fishing crews and the very best of equipment onboard. And from then, this amazing adventure began.

Royal I, the very first of the fleet (42ft) conquered the hearts of thousands of its guests, since the services its crew provided were high class. Based at Le Touessrok hotel in 1987, the exigency of the hotel was that the boat had to deliver high –class services and guests had to be delighted with their trips. From then on, those exigencies became the core-values of our Company. The boat would always be very clean, the fishermen very neat and the equipment, of the best quality. Guests were simply delighted with the service for they were treated with utter importance, and the crew’s performances, for we always ensured that guests hooked fishes. And very often, dozens of other fishes were caught along with Marlins.

 Royal I was the luckiest thing that happened to the Company. Considering suggestions and ideas received on behalf of its guests, and the high demand of Anglers all around the Globe, the Company decided to launch a new fleet in the year 2000; Royal II is also 42ft long but of a newer and a more modern model, loaded with the latest navigation equipment and best fishing tools.

Royal II soon became the legendary boat, for many celebrities came to fish on board and many fish were caught.

Royal II contributed to even higher demands, and helped in the financing of another brand new boat; Royal III.

In 2009, Royal III (53ft) was launched, being actually one of the most comfortable, luxurious and powerful big game fishing boat of the whole Island, thanks to the expertise acquired during all the former years .

Motivated to provide even better services and higher-class Big Game Fishing trips, Royal III has made us the leading fishing company of the east coast.
