TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to the date of the outing, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the price is charged.

• The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of bad weather, when it is considered risky to venture out at sea. In such cases, any prepaid amount is fully refunded.

• The company may cancel a reservation due to a breakdown of the boat without being liable to any indemnity whatsoever to the client other than reimbursement of the prepaid fee.

• Penalty of 50% will be applied to any client canceling a reservation within 24 hours of the fishing day.

• Full Price will be charge in case of no show.

• The boat is fully licensed for operating charters.

• All fishes caught remain for the boat owner, except for one fish of a reasonable size which can be kept by the guest for preparation.

• The boats are insured against a public liability up to a sum of Rs.  30,000,000 (Royal II) & Rs 50,000,000 (Royal III) – under normal conditions applying in this country.
